Who are OoZ clothing?

We are a UK based independent unisex children's clothing company. Our goal is to bring you exclusive clothing at an affordable price.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or regular account payments all through PayPal.


How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available.)


Can I change my order once placed?

Once an order has been placed please email us straight away if you need to make any changes or for any reason you need to change the shipping address at [email protected]


How much is postage?

Postage costs vary depending on the number of items purchased. You can see postage charges upon checkout. We try our best to keep shipping charges as low as we possibly can. We do not want you to pay more than necessary for you to get your OoZ! All items are sent out via Royal Mail.


When will my order be shipped?

We usually aim to get all items dispatched within 2-3 working days of payment, however please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us if you haven't received your item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.


I've received my item and it looks different to the pictures on the website, why?

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our site. However the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we can not guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be accurate.


What is your returns policy?

We will gladly accept returns if there is a fault with the product, it must be returned back to us within 7 days. However it must be returned in it's original packaging, and not have been worn/used, upon this inspection we will refund you. There is no return for sale or mystery box items. We are not responsible for the shipping fee on returned goods, and you will not be refunded the shipping fee it cost us to send the parcel out to you. How do i join your mailing list?

If you place an order with us and enter you PayPal email address you may then receive any news letters regarding our current promotions or discount codes. If you do not want to receive theses news letters via email you have the option to click unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.
